The new coronavirus is a virus that is so resistant that it can be inactivated by more than 90% even with saline. While there are many products that have diluted concentrations to the extent that they can inactivate the new coronavirus but cannot inactivate other viruses and spore bacteria, IELU has an extremely low concentration of alcohol at 25ppm (0.0025%0.0025%). Even viruses and spore bacteria that are ineffective can be inactivated.
